Doug Dachille is the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of AIG. Mr. Dachille co-founded First Principles Capital Management, LLC and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Zurich Capital Markets Inc. Mr. Dachille has a vast experience creating asset management solutions for large institutions. His background and knowledge encompass all aspects of asset management, structured finance and risk management. Mr. Dachille received a BS in a Special Joint Program through Union University and Albany Medical College and was a Pew Scholar in Medicine, Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Chicago.
Maribeth Holland is the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Sutton Place Capital Management, an active money management firm that invests principally in growth-oriented equities. Ms. Holland started the firm in 2008 which shapes bespoke portfolios based upon the needs and objectives of its clients. Prior to that, Ms. Holland was a Director at BNYMellon, sitting on the Investment Policy committee to form portfolios with a value discipline. As a former sell side research analyst for many Wall Street firms, her industry niche was consumer discretionary and her stock picks have been recognized by major publications including appearing on CNBC. Maribeth received a BS from Babson College and an MBA from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business. She was awarded a graduate assistantship and served the late Dean Arthur Taylor and Professor Frank Werner. She resides in Manhattan and has completed several New York City and National Age Group triathlons.
Lonne Jaffe is a managing director at Insight Venture Partners. He was previously the CEO of Insight portfolio company Syncsort, which he joined in 2013 after serving as the senior vice president for corporate strategy at CA Technologies. Prior to CA, Lonne spent over a decade at IBM, where he led a number of sizable software acquisitions and held various technology strategy and operating executive roles. Lonne received a BS (Walt Disney Company Foundation Scholarship, Detur Book Prize, Phi Beta Kappa) and MS from Harvard University.
Paul Johnson launched Nicusa Investment Advisors and is the Founding Partner and Investment Manager of Nicusa Capital Partners, a private investment partnership that he started in 2003. Prior to founding Nicusa, Paul was a Managing Director in the Equity Research Department of Robertson Stephens for 20 years. In addition to his professional career, Paul is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and Columbia Business School. He is co-author of Pitch the Perfect Investment, a book published in July 2017. Paul received a BS from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School.
Peter M. Lupoff is the managing member of Lupoff Friends and Family Interests, LLC, his vehicle for direct and managed investments as well as his other investment, research, teaching and writing activities. In 2009, Lupoff founded registered investment advisor, Tiburon Capital Management, an event-driven fund manager. Peter was the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Portfolio Manager of Tiburon from 2009-2017 and remains and advisor to Tiburon. Peter formerly was a Managing Director at Millennium Management, the New York based Multi-Strategy hedge fund where he managed an allocation of the Millennium Partners flagship fund employing identical event-driven strategies. Previously he was Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of the Robeco WPG Distressed/Special Situations Fund. Peter received an MBA from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.
Henry Miller is the Chairman of Marblegate Asset Management. Mr. Miller is one of the founders of Miller Buckfire & Co., LLC and served as its Chairman and CEO until December 31, 2009. Prior to founding Miller Buckfire, Mr. Miller was Vice Chairman and a Managing Director at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he served as the global head of the firm’s Financial Restructuring Group. Prior to that, Mr. Miller was Managing Director and Head of both the Restructuring Group and the Transportation Industry Group of Salomon Brothers. Mr. Miller joined Salomon Brothers from Prudential Securities, where he was a Managing Director, Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of the Financial Restructuring Group. Prior to joining Prudential Securities in 1989, Mr. Miller was Chief Financial Officer of Eichner Properties, Inc. From 1977 to 1986, he was employed by Lehman Brothers, was appointed a Partner in 1981 and, among other positions, was Head of the Private Finance Group in Corporate Finance. Mr. Miller received a BA from Fordham University and an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
Jamie Viceconte is a Principal at Versatile Capital Management. Previously, Jamie was the Chief Investment Officer at Armory Investment Management, Managing Director at Alliance Bernstein, Portfolio and Risk Manager at GMG Investment Advisors, LLC / Odisea Asset Management, LLC, and a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division of Salomon Brothers / Citigroup. Jamie received a BS in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
